At our location we offer outpatient physical and occupational therapies at any phase of their rehabilitation journey, focusing on an individualized approach for each person who has experienced limb loss. We also provide a multidisciplinary amputee clinic that meets two Fridays a month and collaborates with local prosthetic companies to problem solve all mobility and prosthetic needs. This location also has a clinician who runs a local support group called, “Life After Limb Loss,” that meets both in-person and virtually on the third Friday of every month from 2pm-4pm in Granger, IN.
