Our pediatric orthopedic department at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children provides diagnostic and treatment options to families and children who face the challenges of amputation. We treat children with congenital, traumatic and syndromic needs. Our physicians include specialists in both the upper and lower extremities as well as spine. Through our physician led teams, we have a passion to help take fear and transform it into possibilities. We work closely with our prosthetists and therapists to bring the best quality of life to our little patients. We partner closely with our orthopedic oncology team for children facing limb loss due to tumors. We are committed to our goal of helping children to “Get Up and Go!” despite these obstacles.
